Right Time for to Upgrade your Samsung phone?

Despite there is no an official list for the Samsung`s phones to be banned by the USA California court, CNET has made one (below) according to  each Apple`s patent.

We think maybe is the right time for you to take advantage of the Samsung upgrade program. For example the Galaxy S3 and Galaxy Note  are not affected  at all.

How this program works? :
Upgrade to a new Samsung smartphone and get up to $300 for your old phone.
Upgrading is simple. You'll get a quote, purchase a new Samsung smartphone, and mail in your old phone within 30 days. Then you'll get a check mailed to you for your refund. If you've already purchased a new Samsung smartphone, have the proof of purchase handy.
