HP CEO about webOS: Stay tuned in 10 days. "We have not given a chance to webOS."

WorldWide Tech & Science. Francisco De Jesùs.

At this moment we have had two sources in this week about what would be HP`s CEO Meg Whitman decision about the future of webOS.

The first one came from Le Figaro a french daily newspaper who said a final webOS decision will arrive in two weeks , around 14 or 15th December 2011.

Now webOS France  get the news and say HP CEO Meg Whitman  answered some questions at a house-meeting at HP France and she said:

Meg: "This is a tough, tough decision for HP. webOS is a terrific operating system. webOS Is A terrific operating system. It is a shame what happened with the tablets and webOS, because (big round of applause from 1000 HP employees in the room, stopping Meg), for version 1.0 of those tablet and software, it was good. And we didn't even get a chance to get to version 2.0 and version 3.0.

At the same time, supporting a new operating system is really very expensive.  So, we are working on some innovative solutions that I think are gonna be quite positive.  But stay tuned another 10 days

If this news is todays, then the window time take us to Dec 14th again.

The original source translated  with Google , Meg Whitman also says:

"We have not given a chance to webOS."

Giving to webOS a very positive future hope.

At this time we are betting on a Joint Venture company with one partner or two of them
