MWC 2012: Samsung Galaxy S III (3) delayed for Summer. Instead new tablets, windowsphones or the flexible phone?

WorldWide Tech & Science. Francisco De Jesús.
Samsung’s next flagship device, the long rumored Samsung Galaxy S III, will not make an official appearance at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona next month, the latest reports out there suggest.

Apparently, the South Korean mobile phone maker did have plans to launch the Android 4.0-based handset at the event, but decided to push it back for unknown reasons.

Now, the flagship Ice Cream Sandwich handset is expected to become official later in 2012, but within the first six months.

Some suggest that Samsung was planning on minimizing the gap between the handset’s international launch and its arrival on shelves in the United States, but confirmation on this has yet to surface.

Instead of Galaxy S III, Samsung is set to unveil to the world other “interesting stuff.” Speculation on new tablets or Windows Phones in the pipeline arose, but nothing is certain at the moment.

Or maybe the Samsung flexible phone announcement:

Revolutionary: Samsung to bring up the Flexible Amoled Galaxy SKIN smartphone for Spring 2012, with Android Flexy OS.
