Charlie Brown and friends will return to the big screen after 32 years.

Charlie Brown and his friends protagonists of the famous American comic strip "Peanuts", will return to the big screen in 2015, after 32 years, announced today the film studio 20th Century Fox with the heirs of Charles Schultz, the legendary cartoonist . 

The film will feature the script Schultz's son, Craig Schultz, and son, Bryan Schultz. It will be directed by Steve Martino, who was this year behind the animated film "Ice Age: Continental Drift". 

Charlie Brown last appeared on screen in the '80s with "Bon Voyage, Charlie Brown (and Do not Come Back)".
